“What Happens Next” stands, more than any other of my photo books, for the theme of storytelling and head cinema. The book includes eight image spreads plus a section of single images. It is rounded out by an essay on my ingredients for storytelling. It is the twelfth FineArt magazine in coffee table book quality, in a series of regular publications. By now it’s an open secret that I love thinking and shooting in picture spreads. I am in a dynamic process with the protagonists in front of the camera. Similar to a writer, where the plots or even facets to them only emerge during the writing process.
